Meet the Author

Grace Dotson Webster, M.Ed, BSHE, RN, has spent most of her professional career fulfilling her passions for health education and literacy education.  As a Public Health nurse for North Carolina DHHS, she designed a model Wellness program for government employees and worksites.  She initiated a CPR lay-instructor training program through the NCAHA and went to Brazil to train the hospital staff in CPR at Fortaleza Baptist Hospital.  She also taught ESL to international students in the Hickory City Schools and was instrumental in organizing a community-wide Literacy Council.  She moved from Suwannee, Georgia and lives now in Forest City North Carolina.  Grace works for Literacy Choices, where she tutors online English Language Arts, coordinating enrichment programs in Debate and English Language Arts for students from international backgrounds.
